Unsure of the make or weight but they are 18's. Legal in PCA F class. According to the owner, who was a very nice and forthcoming gent the cars weight 3050 with him in them and are VERY competitive. Do not know if you can see them but there are a bunch of nasa and pca class and region winner stickers on both of these cars. By the way these are true FireHawk cars. Note the sunroof delete.

I did not look at the vin but the sunroof was factory. They still had the original headliner. They also had the factory carpets from the front seat forward and CS style felt in the back in order to keep the weight at 3050.
Does anyone know how many of these there are? I know that Bruce Jenner and some other guy purchased 12 of them but not sure if that was all that came to the states.

Great photo's.
Not too many "Real" Firehawks left, most are replica's recently built to original IMSA spec's. I have an authentic one and it has the bondo and IMSA stickers as proof. The Porsche Firehawks, 944 and 968 versions are regular Porsche cars that were modified by private parties after coming to the U.S. to IMSA specs. The Firehawk series ran in the late 80's and early 90's with various manufacturers competing. My car was done by Dave White and was a factory sunroof delete car, no weld seams under the roof liner. They're F class PCA cars now if kept to the IMSA specs.

So provided that the speed yellow 968 Firehawk pictured was delivered to NA in speed yellow then it should appear in Jeff's coupe registry with sunroof delete. Jeff, do you have any speed yellow coupes without the sunroof option code?

Knowing that speed yellow is a rare color for the 968 I asked the owner if that is how it was delivered, he says it was.
Dave White knows how to put a car together there is no doubt about that.
