Three Wheelin'
Hey OD
Glad to hear you are enjoying all that hard work
I bought OEM mats when I first got mine(over 6 years ago) and they are well worth the money. They cost me aus$300 but look like they will see me out. The quality is beyond anything I have ever seen in a mat on other cars. Typical Porsche overkill

Thanks!
btw, why am i driving the world's fastest v8 968 to Chicago then (possibly) on to Seattle.... ??
1. Because i can't afford a Porsche 917 or CGT.....
2. Because why should just the rich people have fun?
3. maybe Jerry drive it?
here's the view across Montana *(it's really Italy)..... looking forward to it.......
greatest post evaar in the annals of the 968!!

OD what is that you have grafted onto your 968 front bumper cover. Im sure its in a thread somewhere but looks GT3ish on the bottom half?? Perhaps its off the shelf somewhere?
With all that good looks between lights and cool bumper cover you need to get some euro turn lenses to finish off that cool front end!
Dont forget if you get to the DC Metro area I need to see that machine.
My buddy has a 951 with the V8 crate motor thats just intoxicating to drive and when it threatens to break the wheels loose in 3rd and 4th you cant wipe that smile off your face as you know it was hardly working!

hi,
sure. thanks for the kind words.
my settings view 10 posts per page... so for me it's on page 17.
start at post #166. ...there's lots of photos and commentary mixed in to about post #230.

it's funny because after the upgrade i had several people remind me the euro turn lenses would look best.
i just got a fresh pair from the local dealer in the regular style.
where do you even get the euro style? who the eff knows!
anyway, the interior upgrades are coming along.
still waiting on a few items. as soon as i have them ready to mount, i'll post the pics.
the tach's '6 o'clock zero' position was my little tweak, but Speedhut is building both gauges. they worked from my original photoshop image to make their template.... now that they have it, they can do more if anyone wants this style.
making the stuff fit is the challenge......
