Default VIN Check for 95 968 Purchase

Hi All,

I'm looking at a 95 968 cab to share the garage with my 993 C4S. I know a couple of you that are regulars on this list can decode the VIN #s. Any chance I could get you to decode this VIN? The car is located in the Orlando area. It's getting a PPI today.

Thanks,

Shawn

If it helps and if you haven't done so, I can run an autocheck for you. I purchased a 30 day plan since I was in the market.

Raj, That would be great. I plan on getting one from the consignment shop later today. They may have carfax so a different report would be nice.

My apologies, looks like my 30 days just expired today.

Shawn,
Here is what I can tell you about the car:

#1,842 of 2,008 total NA production
1 of 349 P5 Grand Prix white 968 cabs (third most popular color)
1 of 14 P5 Grand prix white 968 cabs paired with a V1 classic gray top and interior
Factory options include: 398 cup 2 17" wheels, XD4 painted crest center caps, 437 full power (8 way) drivers seat, 490 hifi sound speakers with Amp, partial leather in classic gray.

I don't have factory custom interior option information. You would have to send me the 5 digit codes to translate.

I have seen the car before. it was listed on Autotrader in Sept of 2005 with 42K miles on it in Florida.

Good luck.

Jeff

If you send the VIN to Suncoast Porsche
http://www.suncoastparts.com/category/VINDECODER.html
They will provide a free options breakdown for you...
