Both of my 4 way seats are now 2 way only. Any idea what might cause this problem. Both seats have the same range of motion.

The switch contacts become sooty and don't make a good connection. Try removing the bezel surrounding the seat controls to gain access within the switches and give the faulty ones a good squirt with WD-40. This should clear your problem up. Otherwise, you're going to have to replace the switch, and they're not cheap!

I say this because I started having this problem 6 years ago after replacing the switch with a new unit and solved it with a bit of WD-40 and it's worked well ever since. Good luck with it!
