Look closer.
Small side mirrors, molded side skirts, no door handles. front lip spoiler, and those wheels are hard to find. Strosek is a german porsche tuner. This looked like their full kit but not sure. Here is a link

The owner lives in PA, and has brought it to several of the Hershey celebrations. It's unique in the US. I was told he also owned one of the last 993TurboS cars in Sunoco racing colors.

As a totally random occurence, I took an advanced biology class one summer in the seventies from the current US Strosek importer Fred Opert's wife. She was blonde and hot. Opert had run Gilles Villenaneuve, Jumper Jarier, and Keke Rosberg in different fomulae.
