Bernd, I bet Adrian Streather the 964 guru could tell you the application for that wheel-he even has the rare 'snow wheel' options listed for the various Cup 1 and 2 variants. I've been meaning to buy his 964 book but haven't pulled the trigger yet.

Although they are even heavier than the 7.5/9's, you can fit wider tyres. I know of a set of 9.5/8's that could possibly be prised off the owner, he posts on here - i will leave it up to him to declare his hand though, and if required start a new thread.

Ta JP.
Yes it is me that has these "said" wheels.
There are as JP said VERY rare.. They came on certain M030 spec 968,s, I think German specced versions.
They also "i beleive" came on the 965 cars...
And yes, the wheels i have are for sale.. What might they be worth to somebody.????

These wheels were build for the 964 Cup cars in 1990 and later available as an option for the 968, but only on "special request" - no M code. I love them on my car.

Damian, thanks. I know Adrian and the application. His 964 book is really worth the price, I owned it but sold it together with my 964.

Can anyone check as to whether the 8 and 9.5" wheels are still available from Porsche? I don't have the part numbers. Moook-what are you thinking for those wheels?

Gotta love how much Porsche wants to charge for 17mm spacers. I guess adding their parts number to anything makes its value go up x 3.

Thanks Bernd, I've bookmarked the site. Not too cheap, but not as dear as Speedlines!
