What are the coolest wheels for 968? (post pics?)

Well, one thing is they never made them in 17" (I'm pretty sure, at least factory), so for my cab it would not be a good match. I know several people who tried 18's with their cabs and went back 1" smaller.

Damian, that also depends on the suspension setup. Your H&R's are higher rated than the CS springs I run. I run a stiffer M474 strut but still don't feel like the 18's are too harsh. I am currently running lightweights and they are border line.
Unfortunately, less and less manufacturers are making 17's now. I would wish they made BBS RS GT's in 17's. That would be one of my favorites in 17's.

I think Lobster Claws are butt-ugly, but one time I was staring at them and I "figured them out". Now I see a certain pattern in them that makes them look cool to me. I know most people hate them so I thought I could probably get that set of factory 19s cheap.
But I don't think 19s look right on the 968. Much less the 951. I'm looking for a good set of 17s I can be satisfied with without breaking my turbo build budget.
They say some cars can't ride on bigger wheels because the spindles aren't thick enough, and they might bend from the lack of sidewall cushioning effect. I believe the common wisdom for all NA 964s is to use only 16" or 17" wheels; 18" wheels are verboten but some people do it anyway and have reported no problems. I think the problems would start to become apparent when driven on the track though, or maybe over a long period of time.
