Default tire size
Any problem with the following set up?
Would they need spacers?

Front 16x6 50 off set
Rear 16x7 40 off set

I think that's the size of the Boxter rims I used to keep my snows on, they needed spacers in the front.

They're way to skinny for regular driving, though they were great in snow.

Factory 16s are 7" wide in the front and 8" wide in the rear. As Damian said those are too narrow. You will loose cornering stability.
