Raj to the rescue.

Luckily, (for me), our very own Raj had a low miles 968 6-speed for sale and parted with same for a friendly price to yours truly.

Needless-to-say, the trans was exactly as Raj described it to me - it really looks like a new trans! All I need to do is swap in my LSD and bolt the trans up and we're good to go.

Yet another example of why I appreciate Rennlist and the excellent friends we've made here over the years.

Jonh, I am not aware of any. I had this trans for a few yrs and I am glad it went to a good home. I know it came from a good home as well.
I will let you know if I come across something.

Jonh - dC Auto has a 72k mile 968 transmission listed for $2500.
probably not Raj condition, but they do good work.

Thanks rpm, I will give them a call. I'm not ready to purchase just yet so I was holding off calling the yards. Hoping to find a lister I might be able to pick up from.
