With the low miles I assumed a higher bid price. But seller was totally non-responsive.
there is another one on now, Red Coupe, 6 speed with close to 100K miles. Let's see if that attracts more interest.

Not on Bring a Trailor.
FWIW-
I have seen this car and driven it. After driving it, I knew I wanted a 968!
just not a black one...

It's not hurting me to hold on to it for the right buyer and price, so I'll wait for them to come along.

If I had a nice BAT applicable car to sell, I think I'd wait until I saw a similar car drawing good interest then put mine on there while the other auction was still ongoing.

After watching many of their auctions, I'm not sure what is a "nice BaT applicable car to sell"...seems sometimes like cars are all over the place.

Seller participation makes a huge difference. Also some cars have a big following, and thus draw lots in interest. Maybe someday 968's will be among them. We are not there yet.
FWIW-Now I know where so many people unload their "kit cars", IE Becks and Cobras...

Amazon Green. Low miles. I'm guessing $21,200.

That Cab is Oak Green, it sold on BAT approximately a year ago for around 15K I think. This time owner has only put 1500 miles on it since then and according to statements had transmission torn down and replaced a bearing. I will be surprised if he gets 15K for it this time around. Its a really nice NOT red, white or black car but needs a new top and the interior although nice shape looks tired. The tan seats really show age even when in nice shape the way the leather cracks up.
Hey my 1994 coupe Cashmere seats look about the same. When I went to my upholstery guys to get them recovered, he talked me out of it because he said that they had a nice patina...
Will be curious to see where it goes and if the market has changed in the last 2 years. Seems like the pinion gear and most of the maintenance was done by the PO just before he bought it. Seems current owner put very little into it.

Those are the 944 style seats, I have those in my coupe. The leather is substantially softer than the new style seats IMO and cracks like that. I would not have them recovered but I would have them restored. My seats are light great. The drivers side had the cracks/patina, post restoring they both look the same and practically brand new. I even noticed that the sub 30k mile red one that someone bought on here recently had the same issue with the 944 style seats. Restore them if you plan to mainly store the car and want them to look perfect. Don't bother if it's a driver because you restore them pre sell, etc. I can post pics if needed.

Well here are mine.
The driver's side seat has since been cleaned and "nourished".

PS what do you guys recommend for leather care and maintenance?
After a clay bar and color matching detail, I applied Maguire's sealant and it looks great!

I think that can be restored to near new appearance. He just rubbed the dye (he calls it paint) in with his hands on my seats. When the cracks are worse they even use sandpaper, etc then the dye.
