Thanks Jeff! I knew I could count on you for a picture. I love how that midnight blue shines in the sun. The only problem I see with the picture is the yellow Pirelli Swag bag. It is a bit distracting from the car.

The perspective shot on the Aventurine makes the hood, and by default, the car look really long and almost "sled like."

Jackson would love to see my pathetic condition 192k miles cabriolet to show him what too much outside storage will do to a car. And then he could see my twin to his Midnight Blue that is the opposite. It's getting a timing belt, etc now. Looking at the records I'm not sure that it's not still on it's original timing belt.

I love that Adventurine Green. It and that whatever it's called purple cab might be my favorite unique colors.

I used to work with Bob and I saw him drive that 968 quite a bit around town. I frequently saw him drive his mom out to lunch during the work week. He made me fall in love with the 968 when the Boxster and 996 were the only models Porsche had at the time.
He was a great guy!

Such a shame. he died very young at the age of 60. I would have loved to talk to him about the car. I have a photo of a document he signed were he was told by PCNA that the 968 was one of the last 5 produced. Close. It was 10th from the last NA coupe.

Thank Cliff! It looks great; hard to believe that there ~200,000 miles on the odometer. Did the judges request him to raise the lights or was that his decision?

$41 K I believe was the hammer price on the recent Amelia Island car.
