Default Rare 968 for sale in Ontario!

I'm 99.9% sure this is the sole Tiptronic M030 sold in NA, I enquired with the seller and he confirms it is SS820272. Fairly low mileage too with 61,000 miles. Could be of interest for someone here?

https://www.kijiji.ca/v-classic-cars/city-of-toronto/porsche-968-coupe-1995-automatic-m030-19-rims-black/1386620180?enableSearchNavigationFlag=true

From 968register: "Of the 99 M030 968 coupes produced, one of the cars was a tiptronic!!! The thought of a suspension package that was heavily oriented towards performance outfitted on a tiptronic coupe where the performance was so heavily penalized by the transmission is a true example of dichotomy in a sports car. The sole M030 tiptronic 968 (SS820272) was a 1995 and was black in color with a marble gray/black interior."

I'd be curious to know if the shift points or valve body had any special details in this Tip to facilitate a more appropriate driving experience.

Wow!!! Good spot, this very well could be the most collectible North American tiptronic 968.

Ha ha but I think there are a few collectible tiptronic 968s besides this one.

Just a few I can think of off the top of my head:
M030 (this one, 1 of 1) - a tip
The specialist/Beverly hills raspberry 968 cab - a tip
The single Maritime blue cab - a tip
The single Rubystone red cab - a tip
The single Riviera blue coupe - a tip (but now converted)
Cab # 1, a white cab and a tip
The true last cab (#2,008), a midnight blue cab and a tip

I would say all of the above qualify. I'm hunting one of them (not saying which).
Jeff

"I'd be curious to know if the shift points or valve body had any special details in this Tip to facilitate a more appropriate driving experience."

Jay, interesting question.
My understanding is that Porsche has five different shift "curves" that the Tips' come programmed with.
Basically, they learn how you drive (adaptive) and then use a shift pattern programmed for the behavior.

These shift curves are verified at the bottom by the 968 Service Manual on page 204 of section D 37/38.

So, my guess to your question is, yes!
