Default Cam blocks / saddles - "9248"

I ordered the cam saddles, part # 000.721.924.80, from Porsche and all I received was one saddle. No second saddle, no threaded rods to mount them to the spark plug holes. The 968 workshop manual shows two saddles and the threaded rods for this part #. What should I be expecting? I wanted to ask you all before going back to the dealer. Thanks.

Sounds like you should have received 2 saddles. The threaded rods (#9226) are a separate tool and are extra.

FWIW - these tools are also used on the 4 cam 928 engines - https://www.928gt.com/ps-26009-30-to...for-87-95.aspx

I received 2 saddles.
The special threaded rod did I myself. Just welded a M12 threaded rod on an old sparkplug with removed insulator.

Thanks guys. HFB - I guess I'll need to learn to weld!
