Oil smells
This morning i was checking my oil level and it had a strong smell of fuel. I recently changed the oil and filter.
I drove around 500 km this week. Engine is running fine and no warning lights are coming up.
Anybody any idea about the smell?

I did indeed a general poke around with torch and nose in the engine bay. I only smell the gas when i'm opening the filler cap or oil dipstick.

I took it out for a spin lately (150 km), the smell is only comming from the oil with the filler cap off, or the dipstick under the nose.
I discovered this 3-4 months ago when i did my oil check.

Blimey. Only sure way maybe is to have an oil sample tested (probably the cheapest way to be sure before assuming any fuel system/oil ingress somewhere and subsequent removal and replacement of parts). A new one to me.

you might do a leak down test on the fuel rail to see if you have an injector that has an uncontrolled drip.
check the control vacuum line for the fuel pressure regulator for signs of fuel. test for a vacuum signal. if the regulator doesn't receive a signal, the result is higher fuel pressures.

Agree with getting an oil sample tested, here's a good source...... https://www.blackstone-labs.com/
