I have a set the front is factory M030 30mm hollow and the rear is a lindsey replica 19mm with 5 way adjustment comes with all drop links hardware and bits to bolt up. I would say the rear bushings are good but fronts are worn out as these were on a race car for the last 6 years. Never wrecked clean just went to upgrades weltmeister Bars. You can have the entire front and rear set for $400 shipped conus thanks and pm me if interested - Shawn

What are your recommendations for the rubber inserts/bushings for the 30mm & 19mm (M030's)? These will be used for everyday driving and 5-6 times on the track. Durometer, brand ?

I have used the white Delrin bushings in front for years because of there long life in a harsh oil and road debri environment I wasn’t getting more than a year out of rubber units when driving hard with the oil that gets sprayed on the front. Rubber for the rear is fine though it will last years.
