964 TurboS Lightweight

If you're referring to the wide19 car, it had a "Turbo S" badge whereas this car has a badge delete ( however agree : could be same car and many possible reasons for the badge not being in place anymore )

The frame for the license plate seems to be the same as the "wide19'".
Also, I suspect this car was registered 7-77 during its life in Japan, and had an AC!
Some subtle similarities:
- Matter roll cage
- Harnesses
- Electric windows
- Same steering wheel (yellow center\dark grey upper part with light grey lower part)
- Stickers on rear side and rear windows (AGIP, Ruf, OMP)

Glad you like.
Was a few months ago. Nice car! Would've liked to take it around Weissach..
Also, two of the four seat inserts are yellow.
FWIW, the one with the stripes was originally ordered by (and I think still belongs to) the guy who ordered seven 959s.
It would appear in the last picture that like his 959s, the 964 got the very special centercaps customized with the owner's family crest. (As I recall this request had to go all the way up to the Dr. himself for approval).
The 959s also have it on the steering wheel, and I'm guessing the 964 does too.
These cars remain the only cars to be delivered without the Porsche crest (or logo) in the center of the steering wheel. I'm guessing Porsche only agreed on the condition that the logo remained on the rim.
The 959s also have 24k gold coated exhaust tips.
Maybe the 964 matches?
