sfbanchs, can you send a better pic. I know the 993TT can fit wider tires on the rear. I sold my Gemballa cups to a guy with a 993TT and he had a lot of space left. Did you use the stock 305? I think maximum tire size for the 964T is 295/30/18 with rolled fenders.

Yeah, need a straight on pic of a wheel to do it. I have a nice yellow 3.6 964t to use as a car.

Ultimately only you have to be happy with the look, but I would rather put D90s on my car before those, and that's not a compliment. I just seems that cars go best with the wheels designed in the same era.

Here is my latest attempt. Would have been easier if both cars were straight...

At least I am not blaming my tools...

I think those wheels will look great on your car.

Wow - I think they look out of character. I don't see why you wouldn't use the 3.6T wheels - they look great, they are in-period and they are a lot easier to clean than the 997 wheels.

Jeffrey, I sold the Gemballa's because the chrome lips started to flake. It would of cost $300-400ea to repair, so I sold them. If I can get a real set then I wouldn't bring up any other kind of wheels. If anyone would kindly part with their set that would be much appreciated.

I'm no p-chop guru but I feel confident offering some help in this crowd;-)

not sure I like it but there's no question it looks better than a 997.
