Cig Lighter fuse blown..
and dang i can't find the manual 
so before i start messing around can some one please tell me where this fuse is located..

Believe it or not, I just did the same thing myself. Fuse box is under the front hood at the top left corner as you face the car.
Fuse diagram is on the inside of the fuse box cover. I believe it was a 40Amp fuse.
Fuse puller and hopefully a spare fuse will also be in the box.

Mike,
My fuse box doesn't have the diagram that shows the actual location of the fuse..would it be too inconvenient for you to take a pict and circle the fuse for me..

It's fuse number 7 - they are marked on the fuse box frame. Might need a flashlght. It is a 25 Amp fuse. (Sorry - Have no idea how to post a picture - but this should get you through.)
By the way - it isn't listed as a cigarette lighter but as a cigar lighter - odd!
