Recommissioning maintenance?

For future reference, additional recommissioning items (in addition to all regular tune-up items mentioned above):
- Replace o-ring seal intercooler <> throttle. This loose worn out o-ring creates easy intake pressure leak and it is hard to see if it is sealing correctly while refitting intercooler. So replace it with a new one that fits snugly around the throttle body.
- Replace o-rings on fuel pressure regulator
- Replace the vacuum hoses and check for correct routing which is different for 3.3 and 3.6 (at least replace the woven green ones)
- Replace fuel injectors with new if originals are still fitted (springs in them wear out and they become leaky, does not improve with cleaning)
- Check if updated clutch plate is in place at the pedal box: http://p-car.com/diy/pedal/clutchlever.html
- If hot starting is rough, replace fuel accumulator (or just replace it - it has a diaphragm that weakens with age). Fuel check valve could also be bad.
- Tighten all oil line clamps and hose clamps throughout
Other things done:
REPLACE ALTERNATOR AND A/C BELTS
REPLACE BELT ROLLER
REPLACE FLOOR DRAINS IN FRUNK
REPLACE TIRES MICHELIN PS4, NEW GENUINE VALVE STEMS
REMOVE AND REPLACE COOLING FAN, CLEAR CORROSION, ADD COPPER ANTI-SIEZE
REPLACE LUG NUTS, WITH ANTI-SEIZE AND PORSCHE WHEEL LOCKS
REPLACE AIR FILTER, GENUINE MAHLE
REPLACE FUEL CAP SEAL
REPLACE OIL DIPSTICK SEAL
REPLACE OIL CAP SEAL
REPLACE (6) INTERCOOLER MOUNT BUSHINGS

Most of the above save for the vac lines, pressure reg and injectors, and yes plenty of driving. She's working great right now, just have the dieseling issue after replacing the accumulator. So will do new injectors, pressure reg and vac lines next and see how she improves. Maybe will do the valve adjust then too while things are off the motor again.
Nice to note that she has not burned oil at all in 500+ miles.
