Thank you for posting!!

Having traveled down to Amelia Island last year (2017), & stayed together in a Villa with Cobalt Anthony & BadBoys Mike, had a BLAST with our cars,... this year I'm reliving those times through your auction write-ups, pics & general internet perusing...

Although I am not a collector (more a driver), & certainly not even anywhere close to being in these markets,... I very much enjoyed reading the recap.

Thanks I hope people find it interesting if not useful. I think Anthony was there this year as well.

Yes I was. It was a great weekend. Better IMO than last year. I was able to watch Mike's TSL and other cars cross the block at Gooding and headed to RM but ended up spending the bulk of my time helping friends setup their cars for the Concours on Saturday. Switching the event to Saturday made it hard to fit everything in and in the end Sunday was a perfect day weather wise.

You really need to get there early for the auctions to go over the cars. There were some very nice examples and some cars that were poorly slapped together and others with questionable originality. Strange why some cars I felt should not sell well brought big money and others went for far less than they were IMO worth.
