I'll post something soon.... investing in an injection mold to be able to produce these like the original trim pieces. Time consuming and very costly $$$$ setup but how it must be done to do this right.

Quick update on my front. The mold is completed initial samples are en route to me, fingers crossed everything checks out dimensionally. Finalizing the site and details but if all goes as well and the sample fitment checks out with the prototype these will be live in the next 1-2 weeks. I will likely make a new thread with a more official release once I get some studio shots completed.

I'm going to create a new thread for this in the next few days but wanted to drop this here first, since I teased it here first.

I've been working on this for quite some time as a passion project long before seeing this thread and it has led to a new side brand Swine Eleven. The rubber boot is the existing bellow located underneath the console, and the trim panel is engineered to be pressure fit with the spring clips from the original shift boot locking it in place (no hardware required). I've had SLS 3D printed prototypes in a few buddies cars and they've been quite happy with the looks, the Injection molded version just gives it a more OEM finish and I did my best to match the existing trim color and texture as close as possible (there is quite a variation in this though given age and production time of reproduction pieces even from Porsche).

The first batch of panels are complete and ready for shipment at the link below ( the site just launched so if anyone has any issues please PM or email me)

Onelove, I didn’t see you have the shift boot bellows for sale as well until I already completed my order. Can i add one to my order to save a little on shipping? Thanks.

My boot order is on the way, I'll have them in stock in a little less than a week.

the final product came out amazing!!! Great work Wes.

Now, my question is, what shifter can i use this with? I currently have FD SSK which is great but the skinny squared off lever wouldn't look great. The rothsport works well, but not looking to upgrade. Does Function First make a shaft "cover" that's long enough to connect to the boot? Looks like that's what's above.

Works with any shifter, I just have the Rothsport rendered and install pictures because that's what I had in my car when designing.

WC Lathe Works makes a **** that has an integrated shaft that is quite the piece, I had purchased one in stainless for my car but once I went RWD it required a different shifter so I went Rothsport.

(I'll be working on a **** in the near future for those looking to complete the package, just have too amen things on my plate right now with these and finishing my build).
