Also, would it be possible to have a black screw option?

Got you down for two sets. Yes, I don't see how black screws would be a problem. I'm sure they can be bought that way. Will try to make that happen!

Good response here, happy we can make this work.

Looking forward to seeing this in everyone's cars down the road!

I'd like to order one also, but only want to carryout this mod if I can also find a suitable cover for the parking brake mechanism (so I can do a complete center console delete... Does Sleepers have any suggestions?

So I continue to do research: (removing the brackets on the forward tunnel, how to locate the buttons in the dash, how to change the spoiler **** to a 993 button, etc....)

Rear parking brake cover:
How about the VW Bug cover as suggested in this thread:

993 interior example

Maybe Sleepers could offer something like this in a material/style that matches the shifter: (wish I had Rob's skills!)

(Had to share this random shot)

History repeats itself... It might be crazy to want to tear into a nice, stock 964 interior and make the cabin an even simpler and more focused place to be. At least there's a precedence for it. I'm going to have to look at more 356s for some more ideas.

Speedhunters image (I wish the center console was in focus)

Makes the 959 interior look bloated...
First time I noticed the 959 has a shortened dash pad. I also need to research that some more. Might be some interesting electronic/system covering techniques.

This is what I have. If I missed anyone, please let me know. I've contacted Sleepers for final pricing. Once I have that we can get the order placed. I'll reach out to everyone via pm for payment at that time.

Thanks Lee but I'm out. Decided this is too crude for my 993....if only I still had my 964.....

Is it too late to get in on this? If not, I am interested in a kit for my 964.

You guys realize that the accordion rubber boot is already installed on all 964s and resides below the leather shift boot.
