Thinking about selling

Thinking about selling
I currently owning a 996tt and 964 C4. I found myself driving the 964 less and less. It has become almost a chore for me the even drive it. It's cool, loved almost everything about it, but there's something about it that make me want to sell it. It's almost like I don't want to ruin it kinda feeling.
Anyway onto the car, it's a red 1989 C4 5speed that is largely stock. 75 k miles. Mods are coilsover at stock height, Alpine CD player, and drilled airbox. The spoiler cracked so I repaired it and painted it black. I also vinyl wrapped the center panel red.
Here are some pictures
What do you guy think it worth? Thank you and I value your opinion

I'm sure other members will chime in, but I think the best way to evaluate value is to search on Hagerty. They take tons of market research and break it down by condition - pricing seems pretty accurate to what they actually sell for. Best of luck!

A couple things that jump out at me. What's going on with the aero mirrors? Drivers side looks turned down and passenger side is up.
Also, the ride height looks too high in the front, even higher than stock ride height. Since you have the coilovers you should drop the front a bit (>1") to get some rake back into the car. Most people recommend 1 degree. That will make it look and drive better for potential buyers.
Any rust, accidents, paintwork? Have any pictures of the engine bay and interior?
If I had to take a guess I'd say $40k give or take $5k.
