Default BBS E87

I understand that BBS E87's are available in 17" at 7x ET47 and 9"x ET60. Does anyone have these fitted to their 964? How do these compare to the E88s?

Are they not 3 piece like e88?? You should be able to have them built in any offset you'd like.

They build them custom, Mikar email/call David Esposito at http://butzigear.com he's building a set and I'm having him build me a set also. Dude has built numerous sets of BBS e88's, 2 sets for myself.

BBS E87s are in fact 3 piece wheels. That being said there are a few ways we can build them, including 17x8 and 17x10 with more lip out back than the 18s!

Thanks Adam, I have recently gotten some enthusiasts set up with E87s, it's nice to see those that wanted "17" E88s" can now get their dream wheels. If anyone is looking for a set of E87s or E88s I am happy to work with you. We can build them in standard Motorsport gold and silver. We can also build custom sets in any color/finish you want. Check out some pics:

BBS E87 in Silver and Gold

Jose in TX : BBS E88 finished in our signature satin black center, gloss black lip & our seamless billet center cap adapter in brushed/candy red.

Josh in NY : BBS E88 in gold

Luke in Australia : BBS E88 in gold

Mat in Mass : BBS E88 in satin grey center, gloss grey lips, black hardware, gloss grey seamless billet center cap adapters

Out of curiosity, what’s the difference between E87 and E88... is it just the slightly different aesthetics?

The E87 is a slightly scaled down version of the E88 center that can be built as 16” and 17”. 18” and 19” require the E88 center to be used. The E87 is an awesome package.

Thread bump! I love e88's in 18" fitment but need to quash the gut feel to run 17"...

Is anyone actually running e87's in 17" guise? If so, please post some pics and specs! All of the above pics are e88 in 18" or e87 in 18".

To those in know - would the e87 center codes denote the same thickness/ backpadding as e88 but obviously with a different prefix e.g. 0288108 becomes 0287108? i.e. they are the same thickness from the side, but one is 18", the other is 17".

I have e87s (17") on mine and love them.. size ratio seems to fit better than 18s. At least for my personal preference, but I also like the big obnoxious lips. :P
They were ordered direct from the motorsports division of BBS

+1
17s seem so right on a 964, plus the dish looks mega.

Couldn't take my eyes off of dukmon's when we drove together. Totally changes the look of a 964

Timely thread.. I have E88s and Fikse FM 10s in 18" for my 3TT. This is a sweet setup for 964s as I keep looking for the perfect wheels..
