Small hole in convertible top repair?

New to me 964 Cab has a small hole in the convertible top canvas near front center.

Whats the best way for a good cosmetic fix with minimal top
disassembly?

Looks like a missing screw. Does the opposite side have a screw there? If not, I would go to an auto upholstery shop to seek their advice.
