Default Looking for an Upholstry Shop in Houston TX

I have a 1991 964 C2 in dire need of a new headliner. From all the post research it seems that this is a job better left for the professionals. Can someone please recommend a local shop in Houston TX to have my headliner replaced.
Thank you.
Happy New Year to all.

I would suggest joining the Lone Star Region PCA group on facebook and asking this question there. I think you'll get some good advice. Good luck!

PM RLer Opo who lives in Katy. Given that he owns 20+ 993/964's and reupholsters virtually every one of his sport seats, I'm sure he can help you.

Default I've used these guys...

...Auto Upholstery By Coleman

Upholstery Shop · Greater Heights

2608 N Shepherd Dr, Houston, TX 77008
Phone713) 861-7142

They do NOT have a web site.

They had a lot of folks who do not speak english as their first language.

It's a rough looking place.

BUT, they have done excellent work for me over the years on multiple vehicles and motorcycles.

They are extremely reasonably priced.

The local Ford dealership, Tommie Vaughn, right down the street, uses them for a lot of work.

If you can get past the "sketchy" looks, they are my "go to" upholstery shop.

Good luck.

I think he has his seats done by an outfit in Germany.

The hardback sport seats, yes; by Waldemar. Between his softback sport seats and any other repairs/modifications, I am sure he knows of the "go to" places in the area.
