Default Help Identify Wire Harness Connector in Front Trunk

964 wizards-
I was poking around in the front bonnet and can't figure out what this connector goes to... what the hell is this thing? The location is on the passenger side front corner near the spare tire. I believe the white plastic in the picture is some kind of water barrier some previous owner installed.

The connector is tagged with: 944 612 550 00
which seems to be a "generic connector housing."

Thanks.

PDAS switch (on/off switch) it has the same function as the switch inside the cabin. potentially used with some sort of test equipment. No, you can not use it to bleed the locks

I found it useful thou, ended up running signal wire go my frunk PS pump mod from this plug.

Thanks!

Ok. So no need to worry that this isn't connected to anything?

Thanks.
