Guys I'm looking to build a 964 from the ground up and would like to keep the cost of acquiring the actual car as low as possible. I'd like to start with a beater or rolling chassis if possible. Does anyone have such a car or have any leads? I'm fully aware of the Porsche slippery slope and all of the potential costs with a project of this caliber, so please spare me the comments lol I'm in southern California and would prefer a local car but am also open to traveling. Thanks!!!

Curious what the cost of such a car in that condition would be as I thought about this route myself.

GL I've been trying to find one for almost two years and the cheapest was 15k and it was an abortion convertible. You can find a total shell but it will be suspensionless and missing gauges and Windows/trunk/dash/seats/lights/deck lid and people will still want 5k somehow.
