Issue solved.

Started with adding 0.5L..... when engine was hot ....
Not much happened at gauge or dipstick??

Then keep adding till 1L and gauge needle moved
Also now I have oil on the dipstick ....

So manual is correct 11.5L in total if you drain the complete system....only strange that this additional 1L makes the difference between no mark and mark on the dipstick

I forget if it is the crankcase ventilation line that dumps into the cone or the other way around, with the (larger) line attached from the cone going to the closed side of the throttle-body? The smaller (1/4 sized) hose that bypasses the throttle might be there to reduce oil contamination of the ISV?
