I am not involved in the marketing of the book in such a way. These decisions and how they do things is purely with Bentley. If you want the book now I would advise you order from Bentley. Book chains and other distributors I am sure will pick up the book but this will take time. When or if the book appears in UK bookshops depends entirely on your bookshop owners. I know Gmund has gone but there is a Bentley distributor in the UK.
There will only be one cover, one version. Again prices on covers etc I have no idea. The covers I have do not show a price.

Gmund books haven't closed. The company is in the process of being sold - I just rang them and was told until the sale of the business is tied up they aren't processing orders.
