964 Engine jammed
Anyone knows the reason the engine is jammed ? What caused it ?

Was told by my Mechanic to get new gaskets and over haul the engine .

Engine can crank but seems something is

Apparently the crank can't turn a full round

If u turn left or right....it will still get stuck at the same sport.

Would take out the head to check further !
