Daily Driver Insurance
Rennlisters - I am pulling the trigger on a 964 and it will be my daily driver in Southern California. Who do you guys use for insurance? Will any agreed value companies let you use the car as a daily driver?

Congrats on the car. The insurance companies will ask you what you paid for the car. If you want it to be more than what you pay, state that you paid X amount (the coverage you want).
I used Hagerty (also So Cal). No accidents or points and it's about $1k for a classic car policy (under 2500 miles annually)

Had non P cars with Progressive for years. They've treated us well. Adding '90 C2 was about $250 add'l. Setting agreed value to $45k added about $75. No mileage limits.

I just went through a total loss with USAA.....Be very careful on who you use (as an appraiser) if you end up exercising the "Appraisel Clause." They're too shifty of a company for high end vehicles that don't use an agreed valuation..... As in using there own adjuster to play the role of an unbiased appraiser. The thing that saved my rear was the 20% additional value on top of what was agreed/valued...... I wouldn't recommend them at ALL. Agreed valuation only!
