Outlaw or purist: repainting bumpers

outlaw
not a purist and like the outlaw mods as long as they are tastefully done...black betty, paul284pt, robt964, macca. all "killer" outlaw builds.

I vote subtle "outlaw" changes, Get a more aggresive stance, maybe some spacers. Paint the cup 1's a ferric gray color. Throw in some air ducts.I have a few MW touches inside.( Rennline floorboards,Prototipo). Also highly recommend the Function First shift ****.

Do it! But I'd wrap. If you like you can commit with the paint.

Something to note, the ones where the bumpers and rockers are painted that look good IMO, also have different colored engine and frunk lids.
Do what you want it's your car. What I like about these cars is all the customization I see on them.

Fantastic replies, thanks very much for all the replies. Special thanks for the photoshop jobs.. what's clear is that the wheels need painting for a bit of a custom look (or get swapped for other wheels all together)
On the interior bits, all are getting ordered one by one: track mats, function first ****, steering wheel.
So the mods will be in this order: repaint bumpers to white, sort out suspension, sort out interior, wrap or decals all over.
That first photoshop makes me thing I need a race number on that door!

The Martini stripes without the PORSCHE script. Either one or the other as its too busy. On my 73 RS tribute I used the PORSCHE script and it visually accented the car very well.

So I was at the Klassikwelt Bodensee show in Germany this past weekend to get ideas.. and man did I get new ideas!!!
In short, I decided to repaint bumpers white as original (and address a few very minor rust spots before they get worse), then either wrap or go with decals with a subtle Martini or Brumos-style livery on the sides, then go crazy on the interior as some of you have suggested. There is a white 964 among the photos below that I fell in love with.. so that is the direction I will take. For now! I will keep some things as intended from factory but I am definitely in for some RS style mods, mostly inside.
As always, your thoughts and comments are much appreciated!
Enough text.. photos, because everybody loves photos:
