Josh is a good friend of mine and I know he bought that black one you had briefly...
Spyrex I haven't met but know his car well from here

Nice pics! Yeah, this was a very cool event. So many great "real peoples" cars, sprinkled with rare unobtanium, and so much cool porsche vibe with just a bit of LA hipster to boot (I think "someone" said, "difference from Rennsport to Luftgekuhlt... more 'real' cars and way better looking ladies...". Fantastic event.
Huge congrats to Pat, Joey, Rod, and the crew that built the Safari car, went for a pretty penny for a great cause! (and I have a sneaking feeling it may be sticking around in LA!!!)

I think you're right as I think the new owner lives in LA as my buddy knows him.
Definitely a nice variety of cars, from track rats to show cars of all years colors and styles
