Kris, check the pedal travel on the clutch. Looks like the pedal stop is at the highest level, which means your pedal will stop at the end of the master cylinder, which then means the rollpin is under heavy shear force loads...you will break the rollpin quickly.

So...give that a look and bring the pedal stop down a bit if necessary.
