There Ain’t No Party Like A 964 Party (Speedhunters)
Thank you Speedhunters!
The question of parity has long been a problematic issue for various motor racing leagues the globe over. With equivalence among machinery, the race results boil down to sheer driver talent, and usually provide a far closer race spectacle than cars with a dearth of performance struggling to compete with the few running at the pointy end of the field.
The obvious solution to the problem is to create a one-make series.

They claim 300 cup cars built and all the records I have seen claim only 270. Does anyone have an info on this?

Pretty nice feature. Also interesting to see how some cars ran the RS tube/bypass pipe, while the other just did the vent to the dizzy. Anyone notice also how the black car has absolutely no engine tin in that engine bay picture? Almost seems like floating, because racecar.
