Hi guys,

I am thinking of a top end rebuild, with a suitable exhaust system,
and try to work and calculate a few things, like valve size and port size, if ever I need to mod the heads,
can anyone confirm the head and cam spec;
this is what I have for the heads;
inlet port 41.5mm, inlet valve 49mm
exhaust port 38mm, exhaust valve 42.5m

Hi guys , finally found the info , if anyone needs it

Heads M64/01, 02 & 03;
ports ; inlet 41.5/ exhaust 38,
valves inlet 49/ exhaust 42.5,

964 cam spec
0.1 mm inlet & exhaust valve clearance .
Lift is 1,26 + -

Inlet open 4deg before TDC
Inlet close 56 deg after TDC
Exhaust open 44 deg before BDC
Exhaust close 4 deg after TDC
