Just Cobalt is the best
Seriously Any of the standard or special order colors are great I am partial to the blues myself and although my Amazon green is called green everyone calls it blue.
My 93 is Amazon green 39A 9 3 N7 and I have a friend who has a 92 in Amazon also. This is not to be mistaken with the Amazon green of my 928GTS although the code reads Amazon Green 39A 9 3 it has a suffix of MS which I believe has something to do with the fine metallic used vs the coarse metallic used on the 964's. I have a friend ho owned a 94 midnight blue F8 but he totalled it at the glen a number of years back.
I am not sure how they did it but someone on the 928 forum was able to get all the info on all 928's made by color, manual or auto and options. It took them a year to sift through the records but they are all listed on the 928 registry.
AFAIK nobody has been able to get a list like this for the 911's. Even when I had access to the factory data base on options per vin number it did not supply interior or exterior colors. The best we can hope for is compiling the info ourselves based on what we can muster up here.
BTW Opo what are your plans for the Cobalt blue car? Any wheels or changes? Car looks nicely set up as is.
02m2 are you thinking of a color change for your 964? IIRC it was slate gray. That is not a very common color and looks great on these cars.

Adrian and other show the last vin number to be xx456 but they included the 94 C4 widebodies in the vin numbers. Norbert has 267 documented US C4 widebodies and the first 60 vin numbers we know were not used so this should leave 129 US Spec C2's. I know of a midnight blue one gone so 128.
Their is the question of the fact that some of the 94 widebody cars were M718 coded 93's so how this impacts the number is yet to be determined. Also if their were C4's M718 coded how many of the C2's were? This could reduce the number of 93's. We need factory data to really determine actual numbers but it is far less than originally thought.
