That would appear to be a factory part which comes in gold cad finish which he painted and made some custom rubber or plastic cap that fits over the raised ridge. Nice work I don't see a seam, two thumbs up for sure. You should have the part on your car under the console. I have a spare bracket # 21 floating around someplace if you want it.

Look to be painted allen heads. Simple but tastefully done.

Anthony thanks and let me see what is under there when I get my car back from it's 6 week paint job going on 5 months.
Just ordered the Rothsport shifter. Very clean look and great job on it.
Thanks

Can i ask how you wired up your footwell lights in the front?
This is something I have been wanting to do in my 964 but using the OEM halogen (yellow) bulbs.

Yes sure - here is the link --- it should appear in my signature (although if you are using the mobile app, the signature does not appear) - https://rennlist.com/forums/993-foru...ll-lights.html

I have a pair of power, black leather front seating area/vinyl on the seat backs from a 1990 C2 that would be perfect for a conversion. The driver seat has very little bolster wear, but has three 1 inch areas that have pulled apart from the seam. Not ripped or torn. The passenger seat is exceptional. Can take photos for serious buyer. $250 plus shipping for both. Will also consider delivering within 100 miles of Albany, NY.

Love the diamond stitch work....I did something similar to mine this summer. Haven't done the seats yet because I'm thinking of getting a set of Recaro Pole Position seats in leather with the diamond stitching in the centers to match.
There are a few other things to do on the interior like the dash and shifter but it's almost complete.
