Goughary,

I think I will buy the 5 liter ATE this time and go bit long on the bleed quantities. I did the 13pt last time on 2-3 liter cans and probably didn't pull enough through. Did not have that draw on the bomb as you say and fluid was quite clear? Do you have speed bleeders on all three slaves? Always appreciate a Horror story if it helps prevent one on my car ...

The leak,

Find quarter tsp in catch pan (each running of vehicle.) that is coming from somewhere behind chainbox drivers side. Thought when changing chain box gaskets, valve cover gaskets, tensioner gaskets, bridge O-rings, it might correct. Could be Back side of Chain Box to Case gasket? I'm a rookie!!! I cleaned my engine bay, removed complete intake manifold last fall and stopped short of taking engine TOP cover (black) off Would of let me see the area in question... Could be a through bolt o-ring? dunno.... Want to get on lift and have easy view standing under vehicle...

Kapp,

I think I was more inline with your numbers as well. Will check after I do full bleed again.

I do a full 13 pt bleed using the manual method for the 2 locks. The pump runs for about 40 seconds on start up after sitting for a week.

Also, I usually go through approx six cans of ate200 on a bleed and I always end up w almost a can left in the motive.
Thanks for this detail, very useful.
