Anyone successfully added a spoiler switch to the cabin on a 89 c4? Was thinking where the fog light switch was would make a perfect location to add the switch for a rear spoiler.

The PO of my '89 included the factory switches for the wing+AWD that I'll be retrofitting for a factory look.
It could be worth checking ebay or a dismantler for the factory piece.

Did they have to splice into the spoiler wire harness?

Basically trying to find the easiest way to splice the harness. If the wires where in the cabin that would be awesome.

I plan on putting a switch where the fog light was located for the spoiler.

The switch is not yet installed. It's on the list for this winter.
I haven't looked into it yet, but I feel like tapping into the current wiring that signals at speed may work.

That switch right under the engine lid was what I was thinking.

Literally just moving it to the cabin.
