I think I have something there with color codes... But mine is a Saudi Arabia spec car I believe.
Not sure if it's the same for your Belgian car.

And color code is a sticker. This looked like a tagplate.

Could be location of cd changer mount.
UPDATE: My mistake. Does look like rivets for a plate. Here's what the factory CD mount holes look like on a LHD 964.

I found what's missing. 
Belgian cars seem to have this...
