Looks great Michael, looking forward to trying it out. Nice that you have some test points for the accelerometers and PDAS solenoids.

We are still in the prototype evaluation stage. I suspect the combination of year-end work deadlines and the holidays will delay the evaluation for a while yet. Please stay tuned.

I've made a start running through the test plan but my car had some unrelated issues and is away being looked at.

Jack and I will be giving it fairly thorough go over on his car on Tuesday if all goes to plan.

I'll send detailed feedback to the OP but today I ran top to tail through all the tests in the manual for the first time. Save a couple of very minor thing, no more than typos really, the system worked well.

We were able to check all the circuits for pdas and abs and also give the abs hydraulics a good workout.

It really is a very impressive piece of work by Michael.

The manual he has produced is one of the best I've ever seen. Up to best factory standards that I have seen for any car I've owned. The professionalism required to produce the device itself, the manual and the fault diagnostic procedures, which I have only looked at briefly but constitute as many pages as the "test" portion of the manual itself, should be applauded. In my professional field of software it is very rare to find something as intelligently executed AND accurately and comprehensively documented.
