Default Rear reflector substitution

Has anyone found a good substitution or alternative to the rear reflector/ light bar?

I've looked and can't find anything good. I saw a few things on RWB cars that look like simple sheet metal, but it all appears to be custom fabricated. I don't like the look of the red reflector and currently, mine is platidipped.

Anyone find a different part or fabricate something cool?

I was thinking of just having mine painted the same color as my car.

Maybe drilling some holes and adding custom brake and reverse lights. Maybe round ones.

So all solid with a few round lights.

A piece of anodized black or clear brushed aluminum might also look good.

Thinking the same thing. Just haven't come across what I want.

How about this as inspiration...from an earlier generation "Carrera 2".

Getty design makes a substitute piece to replace the center reflector/light susbstitute plate. I haven't seen this in person and have no affiliation, but this has been discussed in previous posts.

There are many threads on this...

Here's mine - I've since tinted the blue lenses grey.

Thanks! I like the complexity of the tail on this early C2. Might take it up a notch with an edgy spoiler. Something like this:

I like this substitute, your car looks great. Adds an elegant clarity to the tail. Thanks Nylasurf for the Getty design info.

I photoChopped this a while back... R Gruppe theme.

Then saw this. Very close...

Actually, I like a big, fat "instructor" sticker the best!

Here's my current solution. A decal. I'm thinking about fabricating something new out of metal that way I can keep my light bar incase I want to return to stock.
