Default Front camber plates, change settings

Hi guys ,
Thinking fitting front camber plates,
how easy would it be to change from 1deg camber to 2/2,5 deg , thinking using 1 deg on road then be able to change to 2 to 2,5 deg for track ,
Thanks

Easy. While having the car aligned- mark with a permanent marker where the two desired cambers settings are on the adjustment range. The problem though, is that camber changes affect toe.... So it's important to know how toe changes with the camber change. Adding a degree of camber would be fairly pointless if it also adds a bunch of toe-in. If you go down this road- post your results, I've never adjusted my camber plates outside alignment (not many street miles so not worried about tire wear).

Good point, I didn't realise it would make a change to toe, now you saying that it make sense , I will have to find out how much difference it makes changing 1 deg of camber

Nice idea though Konstantin... I know it does affect it but can't see toe being that drastically affected by an increase of 1 deg in camber..

Didn't the cup cars have preset shims for the top mounts to set quickly to known camber values?

Edit: thinking about it, wasn't it the bottom mounts; precut squared off washers to set the camber adjuster on the bottom mount.
