I installed the pad keeper this weekend. My eyes don't hurt anymore when I open the engine bay. A little spendy but it makes for a very clean look. The one nut by the heater blower is a bit of a PITA if you still have it installed like I do, but otherwise a very straight forward and visually rewarding job.

So true. I first noticed this when I drove the car without the sunroof headliner installed (while it was getting recovered). Wow was the car a lot louder inside.

Here's a test, while driving down the road, push up on rear portion of the sunroof headliner to create a little gap, that should immediately increase the roar in the cabin.

Pad keeper installed. Took 15 min. It was suggested to cut about an 1/8 of an inch off the tab to be able to easily fit it in under the blower. Very easy. great product.
