Well...

Time for an update! I sold my upstate house and found myself short on garage space so I almost sold the car as well. But then thought better of it! Now here she is, ready for Rennsport. Cup 1s, aero mirrors, and a period correct German front plate...



And she's spending the night with a really cool friend:

The car is on a truck now headed to New York. I just dropped off some parts at Milan Auto Painters - H4 trim rings, RS cooling ducts, and RS rear bumper section. Work will commence in approximately 10 days... There is a lot planned.

Saw this car just before this picture was taken. Such a beauty. Both my wife and I heard the 3.8 liter air cooled madness coming up the hill to our house from 2 minutes out.

Owner was alright too
