Default Where did the last 5 years and my 964 go?

Good morning 964 people.

Some time and a million posts ago I frequented these parts in search of my 964 Nirvana, which I duly found and then sold. Idiot that I was.

Subsequently I've shifted gears in rather too many cars of varying marques but still wonder what happened to my little virginal GP White bride. In car years she was a bit of a one night stand and being a gentleman I feel a bit guilty.

Having also shifted 3200 miles to the West of the North Eastern United States I'm not best placed to be reunited but it would it be nice to track the little gal down if only to apologise for the quickie divorce and see how she is doing.

One of our last dates was quite a hot one as I recall.

GP White with Cobalt blue. She was a bit different.

I sold her to a gent in Canada and that she then went I know not where .....???

Really must dash but if anyone does know of her whereabouts it would be nice catch up and hear whats she's been up to.

Thanks in advance.

Whatty the Redcoat.

No one sells a nice car like that. Have you considered that maybe she broke up with you?

Good luck

Good afternoon Mr. Hockenheim

What can I say apart from beware the curse of the Garage Queen.

I should have thrashed her a bit harder and a bit longer but it was difficult to subject those glossy flanks to the ignorant inhabitants of a thousand NJ strip malls. The horror.....

Its not even as if she leaked. Much.

penpen2015 on here has been tracking 964 prices pretty closely, maybe he has a lead.

Heres a spreadsheet he's been working on: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets...5tQ/edit#gid=0

I remember when you listed this car. It had to have been less than 5yrs ago because I already owned my car and I haven't had it for 5 yrs. It sold for something in the mid 20s? I think it was sold in a matter of hours.

Hi Mr. Vandit

You are right. 2011 - May, I think.

Sold faster than you can say 'Don'tsellasyou'llregretitforthenextfouryears".

I'm over her now.
Sort of.
Do miss her **** though.

Thrasher but don't crash her!

Are you planning to buy her back?

The game is afoot it seems my dear Luccia.
She was a bit of bella macchina was she not?

I can't deny that the notion of bringing her gently up to temperature before taking her to the redline does cause me some small excitement.

So thrash her? Yes Sir.

Crash her? Never - though I did come close on one occasion. 'Twas a near thing and my palms get quite damp at the memory.

Note: The above is a stock image and is used only to lend dramatic atmosphere.
Besides its some way East of the actual locale where my '64 femme fatale had her little moment.

But enough of this, I have little mouths to feed and other Porsches to pedal.

Well push ......

The quest continues......
