The bidding can jump at the very end. But I can't fathom someone paying over 100k for it.
And if he paid well over a hundred he's going to be waiting a while to get his money back or make any.
But crazier things have happened. I just think for that kind of money you can get a more collectable car.

No need to guess, the seller is Fisher Imports in Laguna Beach, and they have it listed on their site for $118k. So let's just say the reserve is right around that figure.

He should take some beauty shots of it outdoors. It's an unusual colour, and not one that looks nice under those fluro lights. Prettier in the sunset, however -

I love unique colours on Porsches, but this Wimbledon Green doesn't do anything for me. To each there own.

Default So what would a 100 mile car get in today's market?

Wow, I wouldn't have thought so much given the mileage. Crazy!

So what would a 100 mile car get in today's market?

Default Wimbledon Green

Love the "German Greens". Although "Wimbledon" would imply a Brittish color.

Have loved Wimbledon Green ever since I saw a 930 Turbo in Peachtree City, GA, with tan leather seats. Looked very similar to the car in the photo I attached below. Not sure if it had this large tail but it was certainly a turbo with tan seats and these style gold BBS...

A few years before the birth of this particular car Boris Becker made Wimbledon green very German.
