Something tells me that even though Magnus drills holes in things he's not really concerned about the actual weight of these cars or their parts. Plus for all we know the wheels might be magnesium.

Unless he changed his mind, Magnus did say a few times that he wanted to build a lightweight RS inspired 964.

What year is the cobalt turbo? I'm assuming he had it painted because he liked the color since it was not offered on the 930's?

I helped bring over a 79 Minerva Blue turbo during the grey market days of the 80's Looked different than in the pictures. That one picture shows identical to cobalt but they are very different colors actually.

Still love these wheels! Wish they made 17in in 964 NB fitment. How do you guys think they'd look?

oh yeah! These look sick! Vintage but not out of place. Love the gold on guards red...that's the way I'd go if they ever make 'em.

Gold is really growing on me. As long as it's not to shiny. I like the look of 17s too. I'm gonna be in the market for wheels soon here. I'm hoping to stay with 17s.

Yeah, color is Satin Gold from Group4 which is why its matte looking....really like it too!
